How do I use the equipment at my rental?
If you're staying at an Amenio partner home, the gear is already there or on its way. Find your reservation here (or scan the QR tag on any piece of equipment), sign the digital waiver on your phone, and you're set. Golf carts also need a quick driver's license and auto insurance upload.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A quick digital waiver, signed right on your phone. For golf carts you'll also upload a valid driver's license and your current auto insurance policy, verified in minutes. It keeps everything safe and simple for every guest.
Something's wrong with my bike / cart / gear. Now what?
Scan the QR tag on the equipment or text 850-231-8000. Our local crew handles it from there. Repairs and swaps come to you. You never load a bike into your car.
Can I add more equipment during my stay?
Often, yes! Once you've found your reservation, the guest portal shows what's available to add to your stay, with secure checkout and delivery to your door.
